RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If there is a problem with your order, please contact our Customer Service Department within 24 hours. Cancellations are reviewed on an individual basis, subject to review of material costs, production delays and delivery expectations. No returns will be accepted after a period of 30 days from the date of delivery of the order. A return authorization number must be obtained before returning items, and must accompany all authorized returns.

To obtain a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The item must have not been used.
  • The item must be in well enough shape to be resold.
  • There must be a Return Authorization Number included with your return to Instachange Displays Ltd.

All transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a restocking fee equal to 15% of all billed goods and services shall be applied to all returns.
